2A Playoff Standings thru week 8

Adamsville losing to Halls really clouded wildcard race up. Sweetwater appears to be the team that will benefit. I say Rockwook, Richland, Trenton or JCS (IN FOR SURE), with Humbolt still looking good. SW has the advantage in the 5 and final spot.

To go a step further and guess some bracket placement;

In the West reg 8 and 9 will fill that quadrant with the 6 automatics and 2 wild cards (Trenton/JCS and Humbolt). 5 and 6 will match up and Richland will make up 7 on the 8 in that quadrant with one of the privates coming in the round out the 8. Reg. 1 & 2 will match up with SW and Rockwood rounding out the final 2 slots. Reg 3 and 4 will match up with 2 of the 3 privates coming in to bring their total quadrant # to 8.

Later in the week I'm going to take a stap a seeding the quadrants 1-8.

All of this can be foilded with upsets that we all know can happen. This is just something to ponder!

Humboldt needs Crockett Co to beat Dyer Co to put them in. So they may get Huntingdon or Adamsville from region 6 if this does not happen.

Humboldt's chances to get in are slim at best. That is true for Cannon County and Upperman too. Cannon County and Upperman control their own destiny...though. Humboldt has to have help from Crockett. Cannon and Upperman would beat out Humboldt if either wins no matter what else happens.

I agree...Humboldt has a long shot at best...but anything can happen...but I don't think it will
