It's not good, no.

 

But also extremely pathetic for a parent to go onto the field after a game and jump on somebody else's kid.

 

(However, if you CAN make them quit, your son could be starting in his place next game.)

 

Not saying the kid doesn't deserve to start, but the parent should be banned from the stadium.

 

 

 

Sad deal this is.. That parent just did not jump the right kid. Had it been mine i would of planted him in the field. QB quits good luck moving on qb from here.. Daddy sounds like he is a professor in Loser 101 and the kid is going to quit everytime things don't go his way because that is all he knows. Football can teach a lot of life lessons if we listen, watch, and learn. We learn to savor victory because it is usually hard earned. We learn from defeat and get better so it doesn't happen again. We learn when we face adversity we nail it head on, we don't duck it and run to an easier path. You can't take the path of least resistance in life. There are financial hardships, emotional hardships, family illnesses, and job difficulties. Then you raise your own family and start the circle all over again, without an instruction manual. You draw from the well of experience and try to do your best and pray that it all works out okay. You can't build a hedge around yourself by running away. If life throws you a curve, choke up and slap it to rightfield. By that I mean, take what comes your way and deal with it and always do your best. You won't come out a champion everytime but you will definitely be a winner.
