Region 5 vs. Region 6

i know region 5 will win 3 of 4 games if not 4 of 4. mcewen is still a toss up. region 6 top team mt. pleasant couldn't even beat their 4th team.......so what does that tell you? region 5 all the way!

'04 MP beat FRA then CPA loosing only to the eventual state champs DCA. So 2 out of 3 ain't bad. Since the ABC schools left there is a bit of a difference. 6 has taken 3 of 4 each of the last 2 years. So I'm living in the not so distant past.

Region 5 was tough with the ABC schools, now that they are gone its mainly a one team region (JB)

Ok, thats your take on it fine, but most people know when you have 6 teams in one region with atleat a .500 record, that aint weak!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

 

 

So if you have a region with 10 teams in it and 6 of them have a records of .500 or better. what would that tell you. If I'm not wrong region 5 is the only region that has 10 region teams in it.

I believe their is only 9 teams in region 5.....otherwise we would not of been able to play houston co first game of the season... I am a little worried about the matchups first round... mcewen, mtp...do not think it is going to turn out that great.... collinwood, cascade....dunno....... whh, wayne co.... dunno....and jo byrns, moore co....jb will win pretty good... all in all I would say reg 5 and reg 6 split this year but I dunno which two wins/ loses from each region... O yeah... what did i say about he jo byrns/ mcewen game....didn't make it that night but I said... 35-7, 28-0 at halftime......and it was 42-7, 35-0 at halftime....

 

When it comes down to it I think reg 5 and reg 6 are about even this year.....If I had to give one the slight edge it would be reg 5.... It really depends on how they get paired up.... Do not really like how they finished this year... and which reg 5 team plays which region 6 team....

There are 10 teams in the region. You played nine games against the other nine teams and Houston county was your tenth game and only non-region game.

I did do some checking and this is what I found.

 

Region 1 has 6 teams.

Region 2 has 8 teams.

Region 3 has 8 teams.

Region 4 has 8 teams.

Region 5 has 10 teams.

Region 6 has 9 teams.

Region 7 has 8 teams.

Region 8 has 6 teams.

 

With that said, I will say that the two hardest regions ply in and make the play-off would have two be Region 5 and 6............I also can tell you what teams are in what region if I need too. All I could have to do is get them out of my notes.................
