Hey everyone, I talked to a certain coach Ditka on the phone last night....Ditka said that SP and FC could be for the state title .....Ditka said FC is finally healthy and are more than likely better than TC and Gordonsville....However he thought SP had too much speed for any of them....So once again I will have to stick with Ditka on this game and say SP by 10.....Ditka has thought about flying in Jasper airport Friday morning to come to the game.... I need to talk to someone from SP to see if Ditka can get some luxury seats in the press box soo he wont have to sign autographs.... If anyone has any info let me know.. I will be escorting Ditka to the game... Thanks Ditka's Friend

Old Pirate says friend, you and Ditka need to contact ZP about press box passes. Perhaps ole Zone has a halloween mask Ditka could wear.

It sounds as though some things never change. More transfers? That is amazing to me. No wonder FCS has a living legend coach. I am confident that transfers help make any coach achieve "Legend Status."

The reason for backing off after we did something good is because we were trying to play with class and not run up the score but Grace just had to showdog in the endzone and FCS gave a little more and then they backed off. FCS did not have their killer instinct in effect Friday night we didn't need it. This Friday is if we get S.P. down then you will see the killer instinct if we get behind then you will see the fight and heart of the Commanders. This is anyones game that's in it anyone else especially common opponents need not apply. Grace had what 72 scored on them by south pitt and 64 by FCS Grace would have needed pride and a 12th and 13th man to make it closer I am not knocking South Pitt at all this is a game that could be the early state title game but Grace doesn't have a dog in this fight it is remarkable to me a team that bad made it into the playoffs losing its final two games 135-33 I think and they say it could have been closer the only way it would have been closer if they had saved themselves the trip and forfeited then it would have been 1-0. /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

Grace did it all night especially at the end the QB spiking the ball after he was sacked no flag I might add

A tackle near the endzone and the Grace kid is grinding FCS by the head into the ground again no flag but a verbal warning by the ref

I agree. I could see that grace was starting to get a little dirty at the end. I am not trying to justify it but it is understandable for kids to get frustrated like that when they know its the last game of the season, sometimes its hard to handle it though

I assume you are talking about the 94 and 99 teams from SP? The 94 and 99 team were both better since they won it all. Actually many other teams are still classified as better. This version of the SP team has only won 1 playoff game. Maybe they too can achieve Legend status, but they would need to win more games.

well coalfield should be respected for that because that is a class act and it is hard to do and anyone who can be down and still play hard and have class has my respect. I know that probably doesn't mean much, buy I bet me and you arent the only ones who respect teams like that

I DONT DOUBT THAT SP WILL WIN MORE GAMES THS YEAR.THER TEST THIS WEEK IS FCA THEY ARE A REALY GOOD FOOTBALL TEAM.IF I AM NOT CORRECT THEY HAVE A SO QB FROM WHAT I'VE HEARD THAT HE IS PRETTY GOOD TO BE A SO & THEN AGAIN THEY HAVE RICKAWAY AND 22 AS THERE RB'S
