All ejections force you to miss the next game. In all other sports it is two games. You do have a right to appeal the ejection. I have seem several overturned. Better have video evidence, however.

Teams are not allowed to film an upcoming opponent. That is why they exchange the 2 previous weeks games. You can obtain other game film from teams that have played them but you are not allowed to film them yourself.
