I dont even know there schedule i really havent follwed them that closely i just like to watch girls basketball and dekalb has kinda caught my eye for around here right now anyway after christmas i will be watching wilson central an Mt Juleit. Could they beat either one or is there no hope for them

You are right ???spiff??? the girls should believe in themselves. But you honestly think they are going to defeat York or Livingston? If so, that is great but I think if you look at it logically either one of those games would be a ???miracle upset???. The streak is long for many reasons and will have to be broken by doing many different things??¦not just believing. That??™s just my opinion??¦.everyone has one. But the DC girls are playing harder and appear wanting it more than ever. Rome just wasn??™t built in a day.

Im not sayin that they will beat york or livingston...im sayin that if they try hard and listen to the coach and not listen these message boards they will win a district game soon! i predict they will beat cannon and end the streak!!!

Well dekalb i gurantee will play there best game against LA this tuesday

reason 1. Big crowd the whole dekalb System gets in free in other words big crowd

2.Coming off a good game against watertown i know it is just watertown but you would be suprised on what that can do for your confidence.

3. Nothing to lose if DC gets beat well what else is knew LA thinks there got a cupcake they better be ready for some determined DC girls

4. Last but not least even with the hometown crowd, big emotinal wins, determined and focused girls, most importantly DC has the best coach in this district Schockley will put those girls in position to win it is up to them to to finsh. There is not a single coach in the girls 7aa part that can do that besides Mike Shockley

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!

      I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
