trueblueraiderfan - good luck with that

jakesdad---if we come back down there and lose will you take the bayoubear back with you----i mean i really don't mind him jumping on the train but it sure would have been nice if it was last year and he brought his little bear with him---but oh no he waits until he is off to college and then jumps on board---oh wait i know what it is--this weekend at the cleveland duels i think he heard about our hospitality room and is trying for an invite---but seriously--thanks everyone for the kind words--the kids have worked hard---but only one match--the trick is to be like our crosstown rivals and do it year after year after year---and jakesdad--we cleveland fans have taken up a collection--jake can start college NOW!!!!!---no need to wait--in fact several schools have donated to the cause--funny most of the money came from future opponents at 171----he really looked good last night--good luck for the rest of the year

The loss of a team point will not necessarily get the coach taken out. It sounds like the two penalties went both ways. One unsportsmanlike against the coaches (banter at officials) and then one against the wrestler for unsportsmanlike after the match (headgear toss). In that case the coach would have had to get another USC to get him taken out for the remainder of the event.

I completly understand. The pressure of BayouBear proclaiming the Owls Numero Uno is quite a load to carry. Soddy was up to it last year but wilted under the pressure in 2006. I hope the Blue Raiders can survive because I don't know if I can jump off the train...I twisted my ankle jumping off the Owl cart or was that an ox cart? Guess I'll have to ride the train for a while...at least until I heal up.

We're taking enough lumps down here. I'm thinking we might ought to call in sick. I'm still looking around down here...maybe we can find a few kids and teach them something by Friday and Saturday. They're already not happy about that 4PM weighin on Friday...and the 5PM match time does interfere with happy hour. And the boys in the long handle underwear haven't been very nice the last two years.

Thanks for clearing that up.

Hey now, that's no way to treat an out of town guest. RMC is dumb , but we try to hide it from him, cause he always sponsers a meeting when he's up here.

RMC am sorry to say that I will not be able to see you Guys whip The Baylor School for Boys and Girls, for the Irish will be tangling with Brookwood. Keep an eye on Raider76, cause he's getting older and very forgetful..

    • It is what it is. Sorry DFL.
    • One of the biggest loosing teams in Mid-State are the Macon County Tigerettes. I have noticed that the roster is smaller than in the years past. All the senior's have quit. We have a great group of Jr High players coming up. I sure hope they don't loose them, like they have lost so many others this year. With this young group of girls coming up, a weaker district, they should have no problem going to State.
    • It was updated this season, because I did it.  Linder is the school's all-time leading rusher at 5,156 yards with 2,436 of those coming in 2014.
    • Oh, I’m sure you did. Maybe you heard just a rumor, but considering we have a football practice field and a soccer field that’s frequently used for lacrosse games and practices, I highly doubt it. Let me change that. I know for a fact that didn’t happen.   Glad you finally stopped attacking a bunch of high school students, but still obsessed with the coaching staff for some unknown reason, even though you could name more than three (at most) coaches without looking it up. But now come up with something else.
    • You really mean the Price twin boys and Lyin Larry.
