haha I HOPE this is a joke Morris is maybe half as good as Kelly, Morris is out of control when he drives to the basket and the thing about that he can shoot the 3 is a downfall of Morris a lot of the time because sometimes he should go to the basket using his "size" but he shoots the 3....Also Kelly has now extended his game to the perimeter (a little bit)

Lastly the quote about Kelly is all of CHS's offense is funny b/c not only does centennial have other scorers Morris IS the only person that can score consistently for Ravenwood

Well obviously you are a centennial player or head coach... I think they are both very good players. Drew Kelly definitely has an advantage on strength, so i think if posted up on Morris then he would be o.k. However, Morris might give him trouble with his size and the fact that he is quicker. For Keith Morris on offense, he can handle the ball much better and is not one-dimensional in the post like Kelly. Morris also has a nice three point shot and can handle the ball well and knows how to take the ball to the rim. I have really enjoyed watching both these players play once apiece this year. Overall i think it really depends whose having the better night, because they are both very evenly matched players

for some one that is not biased and has seen both of these players play i think they both do somethings better than the other. Keith Morris is much more athletic and a better shooter. Drew Kelly plays great with his back to the basket and has tons of strength so if i had to give it to anyone I would prob say slight edge to Morris

well yea most teams have a consistent scorer on their team. they are known as the team's go to guy. mclemore and stroop don't put up 25 a night do they? nope. becker has put up 19 in a game this year and usually comes out with about 10 or 12. watkins also put up 22 once and averages about 9. Luke stansfield, the big load that backups keith at the post has even been a leading scorer once this year.

Is this a JOKE? No offense to Morris, Drew Kelley is on another level. Please don't post topics like this again!

Whoever started this thread, lay off the meth!

you need to chill out I saw mba play them whose tallest post players were 6'4 and 6'2 hold him to four points didnt look too dominating to me

Ok guys the only way we are going to truly know is when we get to watch both of these players play.

But i have seen both of them play. Drew Kelly is a very good player, he will play college ball somewhere. But i do know this for sure- He pads his stats alot. or in other terms for those of you who dont know what that means- he scores alot at the end of games that arent close when other teams have in players that wont play in a close game. Morris hasnt had many of these and his coach, no offense to coach Kelly, wouldnt let him stay in to embarrass other teams

    • Harriman was better than what I anticipated. They had good skill guys and a QB that’s gonna make a lot of teams look silly. They had some silly pre snap penalties but it’s just spring and I guess that’s expected.    Oneida looks the part. They are big upfront and got a stable of backs that’s gonna carry them this year. They have a few playmakers at receiver also. They have a new receiver that has only played basketball till this year and he is very athletic. The question is can we find a QB to consistently get them the ball. They played 2-3 kids there and none looked great but they didn’t look awful either. The  defense is gonna be tough again but it’s very early and a lot can change between now and the fall.     It was good just to get out and watch some ball. I don’t know if Oneida has the team to win the region this year but just what I saw tonight I think they may be in the conversation come November.
