The game wasn't nearly as close as the score.

I will give FC credit for playing a very good game.

Thier keeper made some very good saves, one double save that was really impressive.

I think shots on goal were a little lopsided, About 28 to 4 for SCHS.

FC is a much improving team that i think will suprise people the remainder of the year.

Keep in mind though,SCHS has only given up more than one goal in a game once this season in 14 games.

Only one goal in district play.

Good job Shelbyville Central High School. I couldn't be more proud of you GREAT YOUNG MEN AND COACHING STAFF!!!!!!!!!!

SCHS should win both of their district games coming up, putting them in a guaranteed 1st place position with Columbia in 2nd.

 

I believe T-town will beat out Lincoln by 1 point for third, leaving FC and CC to battle it out for 5th and 6th.

 

CC at FC should be an intriguing game. If CC wins they will move up to 5th at least until the Lincoln Co. at FC game later on, and if FC loses that one or draws, it looks like CC would finish 5th after a disappointing season.
