The trojans are almost there! Coach R has done a great job I hope he stays for a while! The trojans will be hot come tourney time! I hope the Counces will work with coach he is a very talented coach ! good luck DHS

 

 

I just know that they did not work well with Coach Brown or Coach Mathis! And both baseball and football have been equally as sucessfull as counce was!!! So I hope it works out!

The game was played at Dyersburg, tonight they play at GC. I personally feel like that was the most complete game Central has put together in the past five or six games. They took excellent care of the ball all night as compared to previous games, their shooting got hot again behind Gibson and Owens, and their defense really stepped up. At times the more athletic Trojan bunch dominated the boards, but that's something that can be fixed IMO. I think Dyersburg played well also though so it was it was a well fought game throughout by both teams with the more prepared team coming put on top. And foul wise this game was atrocious. 53 called, with plenty more going uncalled. The Dyersburg players layed all over the Rebel squad without a call. Likewise, OC got away with alot of careless reaching. In the end though, it was very motivating to see the Troy Boys get back on the winning note and play like I as well as many other Rebel fans have seen them play previously. Keep it up boys, your season is far from over if you play like that!!!

i listened to the end on the radio, and was shocked. 53 fouls is insane.

 

i found it kindof funny that the radio announcer (dyersburg station) was talking about the tournament bracket, and said that if they lost tonight at GC, they would be in the bracket of DCHS, and that they didnt want that. lol

I hope the rebounding thing is fixable but I have my doubts...The freshman and JV can't rebound either....So it's program wide....

 

If they can get the "W" tonite they will have the 15 wins me and you predicted at the start of the season....
