marcusy18
Last year there was a lot of smack talk between the 9AA schools. Where is it this year? Who has the most potential to win the district tournament? Let's get something started...

Who has the most potential to win the district tournament? Let's get something started... Maybe all the smack talkers graduated....... thus far there isnt anything to talk about. Lipscomb has run ruled every game except one (won it 9-1) in the district thus far. I suspect FRA to be second and a battle between CPA and Ezell for 3rd and 4th. I believe the district tournament will be interesting this year. I think all the smack talkers have graduate. There's obviously not as much of it this year. Who are the best pitchers in the district? Who have you seen?
marcusy18
MLK beat Ezell last night 10-3. They are 9-7 overall and 4-4 in the district. Have Lipscomb and FRA faced one another yet?

Lipscomb run ruled FRA at FRA last Monday and won a squeaker yesterday at Lipscomb 6-5. FRA pitcher Williams pitched a great game as did Hoelzer in relief for Lipscomb. Every team is beatable on a day when the opposing pitcher is on.
