July in which year? /dry.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="

This is an absolutely terrible situation. Whomever the school gets to take this thankless job will have to be a miracle worker just to catch up far enough at this point to see the tail lights way off into the distance of the second worst team in that region. Unfortunately, the Wildcat players are the ones who will pay for this administrative malpractice.

In reality, if this goes on much longer and I am not entirely joking, they should forfeit most of their region games and schedule JV just to get experience and give the coach a chance at putting in his system.

Sorry Wildcats. Your administration apparently does not think football is an extracurricular activity important or worthy enough to treat it any better than the Science club.

They are actually the Eagles, but I don't think anyone cares. But your point about them playing a JV schedule this coming year is absolutely correct. It would benefit them a lot more and they would be a bit more competitive out there. It's a sad day when one is saying this, but unfortunately it is all very true. The situation has gotten completely out of hand. Someone from the State or TSSAA needs to step in and take over. They might have some leniency if it was a prestigious academic school, but unfortunately it is not. They hail far below the rest of their region foes in Williamson County. It's simply a basketball school and nothing more. Farewell Eagles....

Word is they had a coach from Franklin County, but when the new head principal came in she told him he was not highly qualified. The position he teaches is presently open. He was told that they did not have a job for him in Feb.

The second coach was told he was not highly qualified in April, but this week they called him back and told him they would find him a job. He chose to stay in Springfield with his son and a Yellow Jacket team that should win their region.

The boys were also told that the new head coach had to be a positive person, good role model, good with the boys, understands football, can handle discipline, and the new head coach has to be highly qualified to teach a subject they are offering. So any interested go to CMCSS web site and apply. Good luck!
