Knox Catholic guys and CCS girls have won the state team championships so far.

 

In individual competition Daniel Barnett (Claiborne) and Will Reynolds (Chatt. Christian) have advanced and will meet in the next round.

The Jennifers (Jennifer Tayor and Jennifer Brouner) of Notre Dame win their semi-final match in 3 sets, 6-1, 3-6, 6-2, and advance to the finals. They will face Brumit/Robinson of Elizabethton in the finals tomorrow. Way to go Jennifers!!

 

Tarah Garner (Boyd Buchanan) also wins her semi-final match 6-1,6-2, and will face Madison Patey (USJ) in the final of A/AA Girl's singles tomorrow.

 

As mentioned earlier, Will Reynolds (CCS) is also in finals, and will face Ben Gaines (USJ)

Yea and the younger of the Jennifer's is the most classless person i've ever seen. She has no character and its hilarious to see someone whose that conceited. I saw her play yesterday and i've never seen another player laugh at the other teams ability. Get over yourself. It's just high school tennis. Show some class when you win. I think she has great talent but poor sportsmanship. Congrats to her partner though she was very humble.

According to the TSSAA website when she played in the state tournament last year she was only a junior. This would have been her senior year.
