All the real football talent in Tennessee comes from Franklin County. I thought everyone knew that........I'll have the boy up here in Knoxville in a few years if he continues to develop.

Lets be for real a highlite video from middle school and hes going division 1. What a joke in middle school he probably outrun everybody. That will not happen in high school football. If he was that good he would be at Franklin Co or Tullahoma not moore county. Four years from now see if i am correct.I am sorry add Cascade to that group, dont want cascade11 mad at me.

No offense taken here. There hasn't been much D1 talent to ever come out of Cascade that I know about. Most of the more talented kids in Bedford County eventually find there way to Central. Only thing I can guess is the kid really liked the new Coach at Moore County and decided to follow him from Tullahoma. I don't know of any other reason unless his family just decided to move to Lynchburg recently.

You are wrong my friend, couldn't out run everyone. He is more quick than fast but has GREAT vision for a kid his age. If you watched his film you don't see many long runs but you'll see him setting up blocks very well. BTW he could have went to either t-town or FC ;however, His dad wanted him away from all the "distractions" that have taken place at FC this yr with athletes . Again he remainds me of James Robinson in a lot of ways and he played and started at TECH for 3.5 yrs....If in 4yrs he is at a school like Tech then that is a great accomplishment. In a year or so he'll probably be able to out run most teams in region 6a.

Matt Henderson, when healthy is better than anything at Harris Middle. He has over 1800 yards rushing through his first two seasons while equally sharing the carries with Cory Phillips.

    • When she starts farting around with the football team the powers in Maryville will run her out of town on a rail and everyone connected with letting her in the door. You saw what happened when Alcoa's radio announcer thought he was coming to Maryville, the people rose up and stopped it.
    • 20 but had 5-6 not dressed every game. It went down towards the end due to injuries and obviously only 15 got to dress for the state tournament. Then, they only lost 2 from this year and gain 8 from the middle school for next year
    • As somebody mentioned before, this is going to result in a massive lawsuit, can you imagine professional "educators" actually having the conversation about getting "the bad kids" out of the high school?  And the head coach asking directly to change grades, gets turned down, comes back again and gets it approved?  This is unbelievable.  In addition to the lawsuit, the state Department of Education is going to come down extremely hard on this.  WYSH is on the war path.  There could be dozens more lose their jobs by the time this is over.  And yeah the real shame is the kids being affected that literally had nothing to do with this and actually worked hard to earn their grades.
    • I've heard Powell from someone who talked to him. I saw the kid two days ago and I should of pulled over and talked with him and wished him well where ever he goes. It will be a ale of a loss for us because I don't believe we have anyone in the stable good as him from what I seen in the spring.
    • I would have to think that the firing of the 2 teachers is just the beginning of future moves.  If not, it is woefully short.  If the AC school board thinks that the damage is just limited to Clinton, they are sadly mistaken.  Any outsider would view the whole school system as suspect, and rightly so.
