If this game is anything like last year's game, it's going to be a dogfight. Even though they were 0-10, the Cobras were very competitive in just about every game that they were in (some of the ratings had them better than some of their fellow class 4A members that did make the playoffs). We will see Friday.

I believe the Cobras will be a 4A playoff team this year but against the Owls they will likely run out of depth when it matters late in the game.

i like the owls defense this year, very physical and quick front four and secondary will be a strength with their speed, size and athletisism. OWLS 34 WHITES CREEK 7

I agree w/most: DEFENSE is were you win championships,if that is the case Ooltewah has a great chance at region and more.Those are some of the biggest,fastest athletes with such bad intentions on that side of the ball,that,Ive seen in a while.John Long will kick alot. I haven't figured out,yet how the owls are going to do it,but my gut tells me..Ooltewah 42....whitescreek 0,if the offense sputters owls still win big with turnovers and special teams.Whitescreek will not do anything on offense,they will punt alot.And,if seamster doesn't block it,someone will take it to the house. GOOD LUCK to everybody!!

I doubt that it is going to be on radio or the net, unless Whites Creek has something going on. We aren't Baylor or Boyd-Buchanan (the only Hamilton County schools that have radio deals)
