Its quiet here now....lets see.....debate trivial question...Not being from this area originally,

How long did it take for Bradley and Cleveland to win their first High School state championship, in any sport, after the school's initial opening...? How long do you think it will be, before Walker Valley High will hoist one up, in any sport...?

Bradley won state championships in basketball for the boys back in 1940 and 1942. The school started in 1916 but there were no state championships contested until 1921.

 

Cleveland was started in 1965 and won a football championship in 1968 (I believe).

 

It's gonna be a lot tougher for WVHS to win a state championship due to their moving into a larger class and the competition that brings.

Thanks for the info BB......Didn't realize Bradley went that far back.....Cleveland been going for a while too I see.....I was thinking that maybe Walker Valley, because of the assortment of different sports available now, might win one quicker, even with the class change.....Thanks again for the info.....very interesting too me....."WAIT"...one more thing........how old does that make you....? :) just joking lol thanks again Peacemaker....Thanks for input also......
