I think Greenfield was a much tougher team than UC especially in both first halfs of each game...If both teams play the way they did against us in the first half for the whole game Greenfield wins 32-28 (both first halfs in each game X 2) hows that for a stat? Good luck to both teams but I will be rooting for Greenfield..GO JACKETS /blush.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="blush.gif" />

No matter who I'm for, UC wins this one handily. But, if not that is good too.

Too bad for G'Field and SF a football game consists of TWO halves and not one.... /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

I think that it will take Greenfield playing their A game, and maybe a few turnovers from UC, in order for the Jackets to pull this one out. I believe that they can win though, if they'll come out ready to play. If they play like they did against McKenzie, then it could turn ugly again...as it did with McKenzie.

UC fans, I hope that you get to see a Jacket team ready to rumble. If so, it will be a fun game to watch.

It is good for all of you Greenfield fans to dream because that's what you are doing.....dreaming.

The South Fulton fans were the same way. What you folks have to understand is Union City has played in a few closer games which is to Union City advantage toward the end of the game.

IF, and I said "IF" Union City can play turnover free and cut down on penalties, this will not be much of a game.

Union City wins this game 35 to 13

Greenfield must cause some turnovers tonight and convert them into points if they want to get close to UC. I wouldnt go as far to say Chris MCmullen is the best player in the region becuase he isnt. f I would have to pick one player to be the best in this region i would have to say Speed would be because of his speed, strength, and his decision makeing in running his offense. Just my opinion.

UC wins this one. no contest.

Speed looked good against Lake Co so I can't argue with that but if Lake Co were to put Carlos Young at quarterback full time..it would be close..And Carlos throws the ball very well..Plus he's on a team with not as good a line..Watch for #18 tonight..He had U.C. strung out all night ..But Speed would be a good choice..Just couldn't argue with either one!

    • Wow I haven't been keeping up with softball had no idea.Been keeping up with baseball and we are slowly fading there.I will check it out!!Thx
    • It is what it is. Sorry DFL.
    • One of the biggest loosing teams in Mid-State are the Macon County Tigerettes. I have noticed that the roster is smaller than in the years past. All the senior's have quit. We have a great group of Jr High players coming up. I sure hope they don't loose them, like they have lost so many others this year. With this young group of girls coming up, a weaker district, they should have no problem going to State.
    • It was updated this season, because I did it.  Linder is the school's all-time leading rusher at 5,156 yards with 2,436 of those coming in 2014.
    • Oh, I’m sure you did. Maybe you heard just a rumor, but considering we have a football practice field and a soccer field that’s frequently used for lacrosse games and practices, I highly doubt it. Let me change that. I know for a fact that didn’t happen.   Glad you finally stopped attacking a bunch of high school students, but still obsessed with the coaching staff for some unknown reason, even though you could name more than three (at most) coaches without looking it up. But now come up with something else.
