The refs were ok. Both teams played very well. JCS defense held USJ scoreless in the second half except for the Will Purcell field goal with less than a minute. A couple of key mistakes did hurt JCS.

 

Congrats to both teams and coaching staffs for an unforgettable game.

The young men playing the game were truthful. The score did not reflect it!

A well played football game by both teams. With out a doubt it was the hardest hitting game I have seen all season. There were lots of heros for both teams in this game. I was also very pleased with the sportsmanship that was displayed by both teams. They didn't need a fireworks show outside the stands for this game. The fireworks were provided by the players from both teams on the field.

Great, great game guys. Hard hitting, one with a helmet that flew about 10 yards away. The sportsmanship displayed on the field (and off for the most part) was the best I have seen in a while. Hard hits, but then both teams helping the other off the ground and patting each other on the helmet when play was over.

 

Most games do not live up to expectations, this one did !

 

They didn't need a fireworks show outside the stands for this game. The fireworks were provided by the players from both teams on the field.

I'm sure Reitzfan wasn't dissing Milan. I'm sure he was just using that to describe an exciting game. I graduated HS in 80 and know the Milan tradition, they dont rebuild, they just reload every year! Good luck in the playoffs. It's gonna take a lot of help to get us in and it has been quite awhile since JCS hasnt been in post season play.
