the fullback at Millington #44 is a beast 6'4" 240 and runs like a tailback ( Brandon Jacobs style runner)

QB Keaton Baker( 6'1 1/2" 195 ) and OL Tim Michalchuk ( 6'4" 290 )at Cordova are garnering interest from BCS conference schools as well

RB Sir Gregory Thorton at Germantown is a speed guy who will probably move to WR at the next level

 

 

Millington's#44 is Terrell Garner he is a good kid... He plays both ways LB and FB... There will be some more stand outs off the milington team next yr... Stanton Brown #5 he is a quick running back...There is a LB that missed out this season due to grades that Millington needed badly 6'3 240-250 a mean muther... 10th grader..

Lee Van Dyne-WR Farragut had over 1,000 all purpose yards as a soph, this year has over 900 yards receiving 8-9 tds.

#31 D'Andre Purty is 5'11 205. has rushed for 1,257 yards on 169 carries with 14 tds. rushed for 249 yards in one game against mcminn county. he has received some attention from D1 schools, even during sophomore season at munford high school

Lee and Ford were the two best RBs that I saw all year in a strong Region 6 5A

Ford-1224 yards, 17 Td this year

Lee-748 yards, 9 TD this year

 

 

Belew has shown some good stuff in the last two years. Not trying to completely put down Ryan Tilmaghn (sp?), but if Belew could have a someone a little better to throw to him, then I think he would have done much better.

 

The two backs from Franklin will be a hard duo to contain next year but should be a joy for college recruiters.

Greg young QB from Hillsboro and Aaron Bryant who will be only a junipr but is already gettin attention from Alabama and other big time SEC schools. will be top recruit as a senoir when he is one.

Maury Ragland of McMinn Central #4 LB...was leading chatt area in Tackles, sacks, caused fumbles.

And the kicker at McMinn Central has to be a big time prospect.. Godfrey is his name

Milan's Avery Williamson 6'1 220 LB. This kid went to Ole Miss last summer and won MVP LB as a Junior. He's the real deal.

 

Anyone get to see Avery's 22 tackle record setting game against Alcoa? The best LB prospect in the state for the class of 2010.

this is why giles is going to be a very sexy pick to win 4a next year. david lipscomb will not have the luxury of playing them in the regular season game before they meet up in the playoffs and giles is going to have much more returning players than will the mustangs. if o'connor doesnt flee to lincoln county anytime soon i believe he gets a ring at giles county. they are not going to be tested at all in the district next year.
