#1 Grace Christian vs #2 Greenback

dear matbak, if you where there you would know... ha.ha, just joking.WE got hit pretty hard, #63 starting guard and mlb,#28 starting olb and wide reciever.dont know much about grace f-ball but #5 needs some anger management to learn how to lose with a little dignaty,sounds funny after the way some of our boys acted against OHS,except we didnt attak the other kids,and the tssaa needs to take a look at these venues and see if their worthy of hosting a playoff game.The visitors side was not acsessible for the mud,no seating just portable three row bleechers could not get to the concession stands during the game had to wait till half time because you had to walk across the field ladies and children were falling all in the mud.one of the most terrible venues ever been to,should not be able to hold playoff games unless you can provide a safe environment.tssaa said they will review tape to see if these two players from gb can play next week since the grace kid started the brawl,lookedlike they were just protecting them selves,good thing they are reclassifieing next year grace will be in our district wont be able to eat anymore muffins,57 was a good ball player,amos good back for his size,referrees really like the rams tried to keep them in the game but they are just not a quality team they would be a 5th seed in our region harriman would have beaten them,cant believe how bad that region had to be this year for them to go 9-1.the worst 9-1 team weve ever seen.almost unbelievable.......

Don't know what game you were watching because Greenback had all their starters in(both sides) until 1:34 left in the game. Congratulations on the win but get your facts straight.

lets see, fact after the first series of fourth quarter all subs were in both sides of the ball,go watch the tape quit trying to make it look better than it did for you all, you gave a good effort,you just dont have a very good football team way overrated, and yes you will see us on the court after our football season is over. hey you can get a head start.

With all of the acceptable stadiums in the Knoxville area, there is no excuse for games to be held in inferior facilities. It is either naivety on the school administration or a ploy to impact the visitors or both.

Skippy , I've tried to tell everyone that region 1 was down this season, some thought that these other teams had risen to the standard of Hampton. It was quite the oppisite, Hampton was just way below the level of where they had been. They were still the best team in region 1, but that,s not saying a whole lot. They'll be alot better next season.

 

As far as the ejection thing goes, this is at least the 3rd altercation #5 has been involved in this season. He should have been ejected in the Hampton game. Don't know exactly what happened with Coalfield ,but I do know he was involved in something. Ihate you lost you're players before the biggest game of you're season. Maybe the TSSAA will overturn it. You'll need everyone you've got to beat Oneida.

Again I say, what game were you watching? I don't need to watch a tape. I was in a group of people discussing this same topic with less than 3 minutes left in the game and we were wondering why Greenback still had their starters in due to a possibility of one of them getting hurt or ejected again. Greenback's very last serious at the 2 minute mark of the 4 th quarter was the first time that Bunkie was not behind center. We don't have an issue of your starters in that late, just thought it was risky seeing that you are going to Oneida next Friday.

thanks pujo, we have alot of respect for hhs ,this stuff with grace just keeps going on every time there is a game,they call us bashers but you are supposed to be a christian school,but your fans and some of the players just leave a bad taste in peoples mouths,sounds like this kid doesnt need to be playing sports,is this the way you would want to be represented.and yes we will need everyone to compete with OHS.my understanding is we have a good chance of getting them back,and if that kid is a jr wil he not have to serve his suspension next season?and yes he went after our boys on purpose...

I'm sure #5 will have to serve his suspension next season, that still don't help you guys. He attacked one of the Hamptonplayers also.This should be looked at. But hats off to you guys on a great season and if you would,beat um in Basketball also.

Oh! that would be really fun...I like to beat Grace twice .....wrestling and Football dream come true. But I would like to know why in the first quarter the short stalky coach from Grace was yelling at me saying you cant stop it lol I do believe we did. Also we sat out alot of our #1s at the beggining of the 3rd quarter. i.e. #31 #15 #5 #63(ejected) #28(Also ejected) and btw our starting and Fullback is out I will say this though... if that quarterback didnt get lucky i was returning that pass for 6 baby.

As a parent of two small boys I especially liked #5 Williams flipping us all the bird at the 20 yard line closest to the scoreboard. Thanks for showing us all your true colors and I wonder which class is it they teach "how to shoot a bird" in at your Christian School? We game to play ball and leave it on the field - you threw punches and were escorted from the field - we did win the game - but we're even bigger winners in character than you'll ever be.
