Harrison Daniel was hurt early in the season and I doubt he'll make it. Look for Evan Webb Mr Football Finalist to be included in that list.

I'm glad you put Paul Longmire in there. He was a highly underrated quarterback, but was an extremely dangerous force in game. Keiwone will definitely get the WR slot. He should make it again next year, who knows, maybe even all-american in the 2009-10 season.

 

Never seen Poteete play but his stats do make him an obvious choice.

LARRY you saw other players play this year right? The only ones you like for all-state are from White House? I don't think Trox will beat Longmire or Poteete for QB or Reed for punting. Trox is a very good player but his year will be '09. Boone was overlooked in the region voting but not Mr. Football, it depends on who votes for all-state on him getting any recognition here. You did mention some of the same ones I listed earlier.

I think you have most of the players rite I dont know about Longmire so much he missed a lot of open rec.The Roberts kid from AE looked good over @ UT yesterday I have been watching the EAST ALLSTARS they look better than last years team. The Coleman Kid from AC was blowing the LBERS & DEs up he was playing Fullback and blasting them he had coach LAMBERT & coach BUCK from FULTON all JACKED UP . The Powell qb looked great and HOOD should have made the EAST ALLSTARS & ALLSTATE but Coulture is over rated. I have a friend thats kid playes for K C and he told me that last year and after watching he is the big OL man from KINGSTON is a lot better and is playing for the EAST ALLSTARS I hope everyone will come to the game & goodluck allstate 3 A team.

I do not know if "over-looked" is the right wording or if not voted for is. The Mr. Football is from media, most of whom probably never played the game. Greenwade is very deserving. The WH kicker is probably the best in the state.

How did the QB from Powell do I read his name on line on the team. Think he is very under-rated. I got to see him this summer and on internet. He looked darn good. I told a coach at Texas Tech about him. Who is recruiting him. Good for DJ Roberts and Styles. I played against Robert's dad at Carson Newman and watched Styles father play at Knox Central. I watched AE play Catholic last year and Coulter #67 was a beast. I thought defensively he was better than Hood. I hear Hood became a beast at TE. That has to help his recruiting.

I watched some film of the Dekalb game of him and wasn't impressed at all. He's good for high school but definitely not the best in high school. Reed blows him out of the water. As do some other punters.

 

Anybody know anything about Jordan Rion from Page? I heard a lot about him last year but this year his name hasn't come up once.
