When will Tenn wrestling fans get the Bradley-Baylor dual match we des

This argument comes up every year, and every year comes and goes without the match taking place. The fact of the matter is all of the fans would like to see it but they can't change the fact that they don't. The only people that can make the match happen are the coaches of the respected teams and therefore there is really no point in arguing about it. It will happen when both teams want it to happen

 

I am not sure that the coaches are the only people that could make this match happen. It seems like Mr. Jones made a large contribution to the Bradley program a few years back and would probably be able to make this match happen if he chose to do so.

Mr Jones has been very generous to all the programs in Cleveland and around the state. He has done a lot with internet and TV to support Tenn wrestling as a whole. He should be congratulated for that. But he hasnt anything to do with the scheduleing at BC and doubt that he can influence this partiacular situation.

He was last seen doing a Bobby Knight on a folding chair. On the other hand, no one has ever seen walkingvol and countrypk together. See if you can get our boy Purple and Gold to solve it. After Al Gore, he's the smartest man in the universe.

When will Tenn wrestling fans get the Bradley-Baylor dual match we deserve?

 

The wrestlers, the coaches and the refs put a lot into Tenn wrestling. So do the fans. We travel, spend, cheer, sit and talk and then we talk, sit, cheer, spend and travel. We deserve to see the best two programs in the state do battle.

 

Whatever grudges exist from the past should be buried.

 

Here are some options.

 

Option #1 - charity - Have the two schools pick one charity and give a portion of the proceeds to the charity. This event could clear $10,000 to $15,000 if held at a neutral site.

 

Option #2 - UTC wrestling - Schedule the match before a UTC home match with a top 10 team. If it was scheduled on an "off" weekend, you would get thousands of fans attending.

Groundhog day has arrived once again. Everyone save your posts and just go back to last year, or the year before that, or the year before thad ad nauseum, or please copy threads from 2008, or 2007, or 2006. Same thing, same questions, same accusations same outcome, there will not be a match between these two. Sorry but thats the best answer you will get.

 

And that is the answer we get every year which is no answer. All we get is that the Bradley Coach does not need to wrestle Baylor to prove they are the best.

What is the real reason. Did Baylor take a future great grappler from Bradley in the past?

I understand that Bradley has wrestled other D-II powers but not Bayor or Mc. Did a Baylor grappler ake his girlfriend in HS or College?

 

Maybe if someone answered and had the backbone to just shoot the TN wrestling community stright then this would not come up every year~!

 

Baylor is great and so is BC but hwi has the top team in TN?
