I would like to thank Coach Harmon for all that he has done for my son and the rest of the Blackman wrestlers. Our boys were told yesterday Coach Harmon is stepping down to be more involved with his family. Coaching is very time consuming and we should appreciate all that coachs do for our wrestlers.I would like to thank Coach Harmon for that time he spent with our boys and hope he finds a way to stay involved with them next year.

Very sad indeed. It is getting harder and harder to keep good coaches. I wish him all the best of luck and hope Coach Harmon and his family the best.

If they dont sign on big Ken "Matman""Hamm" Hammonds, then they should get Coach Kennedy from the SharpShooters across the street!!!

a big shout out and thanks to coach harmon...you did an incredible job with your gifts...and you stepped in at a time when someone needed to be the staff person in the room/ coach...i personally appreciated how hard you worked in an enviroment that was fairly new to you...the Patton household will miss you...

as for the new coach...the ones that i know of are all very good...any of these will do well as they team up with the main man COACH HAMMBONE!

This is definitely sad to hear. I would like to personally thank Coach Harmon for helping MTSU wrestling to grow this year by hosting the inaugural NCWA "Brawl in the Boro" and for allowing some fo the MTSU wrestlers help with coaching the boys. I believe Blackman will be okay as Hamm and Hodge and Coach Kennedy will surely step up to fill the void.

I wish you the best of luck in the future John...you'll be back as soon as you can get wrestling shoes on your boy...we all know it's true!
