NeonBodeaux
Congrats to Carter, you played a good game. Catholic never really seemed to be in the game. Our student section was really quite tonight. It seemed to me that Carter shot about 80% in the first half. I seriously don't remember many miss shots. #15 for Carter is a pretty solid player. What's his story? Is he a senior? he is a soph!

sportsnut624
I have a question for anyone who knows the answer. Does anyone know why Hood didn't play the second half? He seemed to be a pretty good player, and I was surprised to not see him in the second half.
HOOPSGURU
Round of 64: Austin East vs Scott Knox Catholic vs Carter Stone Memorial vs Alcoa Fulton vs Anderson County Round of 32: AE vs Knox Catholic Stone Memorial vs Fulton Round of 16: Austin East over Stone Memorial 2-2 on the predictions. Didn't se Carter handling Catholic the way they did, but I did think it was possible. Carter has a good enough team to play with AE, but they must not be intimidated. Had no idea AC would take Fulton to OT. Stone and AE finish out the wins. I'm going to stick with my Stone over Fulton call. Fulton is vulnerable. AE over Carter by
HelloMan909
didnt taylor broussard win co mvp of that district for catholic? well not only is he overrated but so was catholic. easy to say they were the most overrated team in knoxville. broussard can take his mvp trophy home now and put it on the shelf to collect dust cause THEY'RE DONE. mvp my A $ $ Ok, first of all this was a stupid post cause he had 20 of the 45 points scored against Carter so if scoring 20 is overrated than you are right.....but its not. And Catholic beat AC, Stone, Powell, Scott three times, and many others. I think they had 18 wins on the season. You are crazy and completely jealous of someone it seems..... utvols1
I haven't seen or heard anything about the officiating in this game, so I take it that it was pretty good? I wasnt able to make the game, but I know that they usually bring in the referees from another part of the state. Were they about the same or better or worse than the usuall guys up in this area? Just interested to know....
splainshornets
The Smoky Mountain Association's best officials were at this game. (COUGH COUGH COUGH)

Kept the game under control when emotions got high, so I have no complaint there. They may not have always made the right call but at least they were consistent. who are everyones predictions for tomorrow night? AE is probably in the top 3 in the state so I say they roll on tomorrow. And I believe Fulton will pull the upset on Stone. Haven't seen stone this year so can't really pick that one too well. Good luck to all teams.
