brunis 17 ur so wrong man. indy is like, the best team ever. they have the greatest ss that ive ever seen, and they are all sooo good. o n by the way it was there #7 pitcher. BHS is gonna have their hands full.

Rankings through first 2 weeks

 

1. Independence- Winning the Scenic Classic shows this team could be special.

2. Brentwood- Their trio of solid arms have been solid.

3. Centennial- Bats have yet to hit up, but pitching has been a surprise

4. Brentwood Academy- Don't know alot but will be solid throughout the season

5. Page- Solid coaching, pitching.

6. Ravenwood- Has struggled, but seem to turn it on into April.

7. BGA- Young, inexperience team may be solid come May.

8. Franklin- Struggled, and seems the players are not too fond of the new coaching staff.

9. Fairview- Bad, just really bad.

Yeah a number 6 pitcher for the number one ranked team in the nation. And how could they have had cold bats?! They won the semi final game right before 11-0 ! Indy pitched Ford Wilson.... FORD WILSON. His first pitching appearance this year, and this guy isn't even in the rotation!

 

Brentwood really showed up this weekend though, losing all of ther games except against Red Bank. Way to go fellas.

Yeah, well there is a good reason for this. They can basically "recruit" the entire county.

Alright we are into April so where does everyone stand in the county.

 

1. Brentwood Academy- Solid team that looks to repeat as D-II champs.

2. Independence- They have hit a rough spot but everyone in the county knows they are a good team. Moore will turn them around.

3. Ravenwood- Great coach and the team finds ways to win.

4. Brentwood- Team can't seem to get bats going and Ray has struggled, but I think they challenge for the district crown.

5. BGA- Young team with some quality arms. Could surprise some people come playoff time.

6. Page- Great 2A squad, I just think they would be overmatched against county foes.

7. Franklin- Still not sold on the Rebels, got lucky against Indy and played the two weakest district teams.

8. Centennial- Having no pitching is hurting this Cougar team.

9. Fairview- They are a disgrace to baseball.

Didn't know a 9-2 domination was getting lucky. Franklin is definately #1 in williamson county. We'll see what happens tonight.

I don't consider a team getting lucky when they beat Indy 9-2, and the game was never in question after the second inning. They out-hit, out-pitched, out-hustled, and simply out-played Indy in every facet of the game. We will see if it was luck tonight, if they actually play. Also, how are you going to rank Ravenwood ahead of BGA, Brentwood, and Franklin when they have a losing record and, I guess if you take your train of thought, got "lucky" against Independence?

No one seems to know you on this thread but I believe you are the same person that bashed Franklin football all season long making the most rediculous statements and proven wrong every time. Now you seem to think you need to do it here also. Grow up and accept where you are, get over hating on Franklin. How is a 9-2 win against Independency "lucky" for Franklin? Right now they are 5-0 while Indy is 2-3. Top 5 are: Franklin, Brentwood, Ravenwood, Centennial, Overton.

I think the standings have changed a little bit

 

1-Franklin:11-5 since getting 4 starters back, 6-1 in District, getting along w/coaches great

2-Page:Better than people thought, can play with AAA team and win, great coaching job

3-Brentwood Academy:Solid, best private school in county

4-Brentwood:Good pitching, can beat anybody with Ray or Hillis on mound

5-BGA:Young like Franklin and better than people thought

6-Centenial:Good Sticks but lack of pitching and lack of discipline will hold them back

7-Independence:Just dont have the talent to compete and don't seem to be getting along with coaches

8-Ravenwood:Don't think they will make a run this year

9-Fairview:Keep working
