I believe Bolivar gave B. T. Washington the blueprint for beating Fulton, PRESS press and press some more, they have trouble breaking the full court press and I think BTW press is slightly better than Bolivar's. I agree Btown. Fulton had trouble with our press. If BTW is better than us at pressing, it could cause a lot of problems for Fulton.

I think that BTWs long-range bomber, McGhaughy, is long OVERDUE for a Tournament break-out game. I think that it'll happen tomorrow!!

 

I think that McGhaughy will have one of those "unconscious" type games, ala Roburt Sallie (of U.Of Mphs), and have it "raining" 3-pointers!!! He will be the difference in tomorrow's game, as BTW finally pulls away and wins by 7 pts.

I have made 2 predictions about BTW this year:

1) BTW is a Bona Fide State Title Contender........ (They made it to the Title game)

 

2) BTW will NOT win the State Title unless they improve their FT shooting........... (They improved dramatically today-- 7 out of 9, for 78% today!! That's excellent... Hopefully it's an omen things to come, tomorrow.)

 

 

So, I join you in hoping that BTW continues to hit its foul shots.... 70% of its FTs, would be very nice.

Fulton is 29-6. 4 losses to Austin-East and 2 losses to Bearden. The thing that those two teams did was PRESS, PRESS, PRESS. Fulton couldn't handle it and lost those games if BTW keeps up the defensive pressure they can tally loss number 7.

(Although I wouldn't mind Fulton winning it all, I just think BTW has the advantage)
