Who all is participating in the CCS Play Day on August 22nd ?

 

Notre Dame will be there, and obviously CCS..

I saw Franklin and Livingston Academy. I don't know if they are going to have just one large group, or will split teams up into Two or more groups.

Soddy-Daisy will be there, but I haven't seen the teams or schedule yet.

If I remember right....Last year each team played 2 - 30 minute sessions in the morning and 2 - 30 minute sessions in the afternoon. Last year, We played McMinn Co., Boyd B., Hixson, and I think Sweetwater.

It will be good for livingston academy to see the new competition in the regions before tour. play. Better early and prepare then too late and its over.

Mac196, I think it's great that Hixson will be hosting part of the CCS playday, but I think it's a shame that the Wildcats and SD want be facing each other this year. I'm not sure why this trend has started but I hope it ends soon.

There have been many great, hard-fought Soddy-Daisy/Hixson matches. A lot of the girls grow up together, play club ball together, and are good friends. But that friendship never seems to stifle their desire to win. Best friends off the field, best of opponents on the field. A great rivalry. The new classification structure caused us to schedule some new opponents. Hopefully SD/Hixson can be scheduled again soon.

May be a great preview of the region 4 match ups. ND has been to top dog, and will continue to be till someone knocks them off. CCS and LA should also be contenders. All playing each other Sat.
