Rumor has it that Cannon doesn't want to play the game because of the weather. Sounds to me like someone has no confidence in his team and is delaying the inevitable.

I can't believe that gunslinger2020 is still crying about the Scott Co. game. York does not have the same refs for every game, every year...these same refs call games all over the Upper Cumberland, so if they are so one sided, then they must be doing the same thing with games in Baxter and Smithville and Carthage and White Co., etc. And all the refs in this area must be bad since there are different ones all the time! That claim could only be valid if York had the same refs for every game, every year...such nonsense! Scott Co.ONLY came back on York AFTER Brian Reynolds went out of the game. Otherwise it was going to be a blowout. York was walking all over Scott Co. until Brian got hurt. Yes, the teams were much closer in strength MINUS Reynolds. Plus, another great York player, Tyrell Asberry, was out a lot with leg cramps throughout the 2nd half. The rain will help Cannon Co. a lot since the passing game will be off and that will hurt York much more than Cannon Co.

What happened the mighty #8 York Dragons? Uh oh maybe they played a team that was actually half way decent or maybe not. You still can't say York has played anyone even after the lose at Cannon. Congrats Cannon County on possibly the first win ever against York.

it was a very good game, york does not show good sportsmanship. definitely a scrappy game but Cannons defense stepped it up in the second half and really turned the game around.
