So 20-0, huh? I was just wondering-was this a sloppy game due to the weather or did the dogs just not capitalize on every situation? The paper today said they had almost 300 yards rushing. So just how did the burg look in this one? I'm sure Oakdale put up a scrappy battle!

Well a win is a win & its our first of the season so lets take it & move on. SCW I was in attendance & our Dawgs looked tough had a lot of penalties that kept us from putting up a couple more scores. The defense was dominant & played th option great. I dont think they got beat on the option all night long. I only remember Oakdale having one big play & that was on a toss sweep. It seemed like our D was putting Oakdale 3 & out all night. Too many penalties on the offense, must cut those down in time for Coalfield. Keep it up Dawgs
