Great win for the CC program. There defense appears to be really good. sounded like Livingston defense played pretty good as well. Somebody wrote in this thread that CC did more with there turnovers which is right. They returned 2 ints for TD's. They also returned a fumble for a TD which was called back. When a team is one dementional if the run is working everything is good. This is not just HS. college teams to. If they are forced to throw it is usually hard for them to catch up. Sounds like this was the case for Livingston last night. Huitt is on a roll. 6 ints in 2 weeks is unreal. And whoever wrote that 2 of the ones he got last night were like catching punts, what difference does that make. More tough comp. coming for Livingston. Got to get busy.

If you actually read my whole post, I said that it was still impressive no matter what. So before you get on here making stupid comments learn how to read. And learn how to take a compliment.

Congratulations to CC on the win it was a good game that the D won for them. Pride I would be more worried about what your "Comment" :flower: does to the mind set of your Qb than I would about somone elses " stupid comment" :?: which by the way he looked pretty good lastnight. Good luck the rest of the way CC and Hog-Eye this ones in the books lets move on to next week. GO BLUE! And oh yeah how bout Hultz!

I haven't a clue what you are taling about pride. What compliment are you talking about? I said Livingston being one dementional killed them. You are truly an idiot. CC deserved to win. You're post makes no sense.

I was refering to this part of your post. And stating the fact that i said it was impressive. Just trying to give the player credit. Thats all.

Opinion on how the distric will play out? 1-6, Who's a contender and who's a pretender for the playoffs?

If LA doesnt win at York, then DeKalb clinches automatic 4A playoff birth with win over Upperman.

Unless total disaster strikes its a given that DeKalb will beat Upperman. Meaning LA absolutely has to win their last last two district games to get automatic bid into playoffs in 4A.

    • Sorry Barn. I wasn’t specific enough. It seems I’m always protecting the principal at 825. My interactions with her have been extremely positive, but very limited. With all the other stories being told, I’m confident there are other sides I am not aware of. Regardless, there are lots of decent people earning good checks up there. Maybe too good, which explains why no one is willing to speak up. My beef is with the poor communication among the athletic programs and with the administration. Seven years ago the poor communication led to my son missing graduation due to a sporting event that was planned months before. I chalked it up to the system being totally shocked that the baseball team made it out of their district, and our then AD was a football coach. Maybe they were surprised and did not plan appropriately. That was more palatable than they just didn’t give a crap. Déjà vu, seven years later, same thing. Different administration, but same result.  Maybe in seven more years, it will actually be “about the kids”. They should do better.
    • That's a fair line. But if it's not over, that's a big problem.
    • RR, you think that changes this year, or at least improves? I know they had a couple of talented young receivers last year that made some plays later in the year. Defensive back was a struggle against any team that was above average at throwing the ball.
    • You would think they got a bunch of interest
    • You would think with football just three months away more would be talking. There's only so much a person can say about someone allowing the field to get painted without asking their boss who would have said ((((((((  ALE NO ))))))))) or all the other BULLS#!T they've done as they lead Maryville High into the new age of WOKE in a conversative town. I'm ready for some football news without hearing something coming out of 825 that Power Munger has done to cap off the week.
