The Jr high game is also being played Thursday night, had to put it off because of the rain on Tuesday, luckily high school game is in Westy, speaking of Westy .. what happend to all the posters from long ago that used to be so much fun to read??? Retired? The mouse died?

It's hard to hide that Smith Co. education ain't it. :)

I don't know what happened to ole Stampus Lickus, Freds A Mule, and Cat cyst. They were fun to poke a sharp stick at. They COULD have a big time this year. I tried to rile them up this year but they didn't bite. Get to Westy early. No seating. Good luck Tigers. Westy ain't the usual Westy, but as evident, anything can happen. If G-ville plays like they have been lately, and plays like they are capable, I expect them to get another one. :)

 

 

Stamp Lickus & crew must be fair weather fans. When Westy had a decent team, you couldn't get

rid of 'em. On every thread on the "T", running them gums. Now they've returned to computer dust

from which they came. Thought the ole boys had more grit than that. Guess i was wrong again. LOL

It's hard to hide that Smith Co. education ain't it. :roflol:

Heard any talk about moving the game to Thurdays night?? I think both SC/WH and DC/MC have moved theirs because of mostly rain all day Friday.

I know, I know........G-ville plays in the mud, guts, blood, sweat, tears and such.............but moving the game could make for a bigger crowd for Westy. I know G-ville don't care about Westy's gate...............but remember, it may be to G-ville's advantage to move it if possible...I' ve seen Westy in the mud....the only game they've won! Why cahnce it??

My opinion, and you can take it for what it's worth, is that we shouldn't try to move the game.

Gville is a running team with less misdirection than Westy. That could play into Gville's favor.

Go ahead and play the game on Friday and have fun with it. If it rains like they say, the kids will enjoy it and they'll remember it.

I remember a time when we played Westmoreland in the pouring rain and it went to triple overtime. I'll never forget it.

 

 

Could be Westy goes in a tad overconfident and underestimates Gville maybe? Since they mauled SC in the rain maybe Westy feels its a good sign!!!

 

YEARS ago, I was at a football game at Westy, in the rain, Westy didn't handle the water well at all .. and Blue rolled on .. .. Go Tigers !!!

i here the tigers have a few players out due to sickness. a good senior lineman for one.

 

yes there were i believe three players that was in the starting rotation. but number 58 is back and will play friday. as for other two they are still out on a reciever other a defensive lineman. hope rain stays away for most the noght but if not than we'll make the best out of it. whole team needs to get focused on game. and thanks for the compliment pasttiger.

      Upperman White County both will be loaded. Dyersbirg and South Side will be a handful as well. Getting about that time in about 3 weeks we start watching summer scrimmages. Dyersburg loaded loaded loaded with talent. Most talent ever I have seen in their program.

      The amount of people pooing on UH is crazy. They're a noticably better team than last year when they made state and were competitive , AND they run ruled Eagleville a few weeks ago. Now I understand Eagleville was missing a few guys, but they still. They. Run. Ruled. Eagleville. 1st single A team to run rule Eagleville since when? Pre 2017??

      If that Yellow Paint is all gone I'll flat bet it didn't wash off there. I bet that took some scrubbing to remove that if it is gone. Lacrosse is one of those northern sports all these misplaced Yankee's that are posion to the community brought in by  (Blount Partnership, ( The Devil) with them so somebody allowed them to paint their markings on the field that cost more than the twenty top people on payroll at Maryville make a year. All this to please the 1% Club and the 25 people that would come to see it. All in the name of WOKE!!!!!!
