The DeKalb County Tigers swatted the Upperman Bees 3 to 0 in the district opener in Smithville Tuesday.

 

The Tigers scored two runs in the third inning and one run in the fifth inning.

 

Garrett Hoke, the winning pitcher, went seven innings on the mound. He gave up four hits, struck out thirteen, and walked three.

you need to check your stats wiggins went 0-3 he did not have a hit 1st inning he flew out to right. 3rd inning he was hit by pitch. 4th inning he grounded out to third base and 6th inning reached on error by right fielder. so i guess you guys still pad stats down there.

they didnt win it last year they won the tournament but did not win the regular district title as a matter fact when was last time macon won regular season title

last time i checked it doesnt matter till the district tournament rolls around as long as you make it into the tournament its anybodies district to win.Winning the Regular Season title doesnt get you to region

Smith County swept Dekalb. Tuesday 8-7, and Wednsday 6-5. Two very very good games. Wednsday's game was a walk-off double that scored 2 runs by Brandon Johnston.

This is what I know... Livingston Acadamy, Upperman, and Smith are all 3-1 in the district with Smith and Livingston splitting, and Upperman and Dekalb splitting. I know Dekalb is 1-3 in the district. I think York and Cannon are also 1-3 but I do not know that for sure. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
