JPII's Paige Baechle hit BGA for 40 tonight. Hit 18-20 from the field and came out of the game with 5 minutes to go. She's one of the best there is.

Leonard from JC had 35 against a very good Clay co. team tuesday night and a ton of rebounds and several assist.

Senator I just want to ad that Laken has never wanted publicity

and if she receives any it is not her doing but by people like you

and me. She is playing her last reg. season game at home tonight.

I was just thinking it will always be her home, where the fans have

loved her. She has loved them back. She would not want it said,

but here goes anyway. As she approaches 2900 points, holds

rebound records at two schools, great assists , played 3 or 4 positions

I would not try to list all she has done. She led RBS to the final four

while in the 8th grade. Been nominated for miss bb 3times. She

was on the 08 state championship team. She knows she has had

great players to help her. But I thought this a good time to remind

people of some of these accomplishments, and she will always be

a Jackson County girl. way to go Laken.
