What an idiot! Even if hes playing this year as his SR year he would still be one of the top ranked SR. This young man can play. His motor does not stop. He will do good at UT.

The Coach for Melrose previously stated that they will be applying for some type of hardship and if this is not awarded then he would probably go on to Hargrove (I believe) for a year....ANyway he is just as good as Joe Jackson

I completely agree with Terop, and I would go further and say Jones might be a better scorer and better defender. He's a hard worker, and really wants it and if you watched Devan Downey destroy UK then thats the perfect comparison of Chris Jones. Jones isn't 19 yet, he'll turn 19 before a certain date though. So please don't try to bash this kid over his age please, because half the time he's still the smallest guy on the court!

The Vols can only hope they get a player in Downey's league...He was a BEAST last night against UK...Have heard great things about this kid...Hope he is a firm commit and actually does make it on campus at UT...Lots of time between now and then...

Yea Chris Jones is that good. P & G he is a pure point guard who can score. Melrose is so deep that he does not have score that much but he can drive and shoot the 3...You never know Pearl might have a package deal in the making with Adonis Thomas...

Don't get the UT fans too happy Terop from what it seems, it will be between North Carolina and Memphis for Adonis. It does help that Memphis got some Memphis Magic players
