I have no idea what MLK and Maplewood look like but these 2 games should be great. I am definetly making the drive to Maplewood and I hope we can play up to our potential. Marshall should have no problem winning the big game. Marshall shows no fear in their big games. Does anyone know anything about MLK and Maplewood? GOOD LUCK TIGERS! GO RAIDERS!!!!

The Tigers are determined and well coached. They play as a team and believe in each other. Johnson, Perryman, Anderson, Crutcher and Spenser are one of the strongest starting 5 out there. They are on a mission to not only get to the boro but to take it all. One game at a time. Only MLK left standing in the way. It will probly be a close game, like every game from now on should be but the TIgers will come out on top. GO TIGERS. We believe in you! Good luck Radiers.

Spring Hill goes back to state under the leadership of Jimmy Young, one of the best coaches in middle tennessee.

I wouldn't be too confident about that statement. Maplewood is a really good team. They lost to Overton by 1pt and Overton beat Spring Hill by nearly 20pts. I know that doesn't amount to a whole lot but Maplewood will definately be one of their strongest opponents this year. This game is at Maplewood home so it will be tough for SH to beat them at home.

Yeah that doesn't mean too much. whites creek played them close a few times this year and we played them close too but tourney time is always different. Any thing can happen. I heard they got a 6'6 player in wade, the size matchup may definetly go to them but SH should keep this close with a good chance to pull it out. Do you know if they are still playing their home games at Dalewood Middle or did their gym constuction get finished?

Maplewood may be the best Middle Tn team in AA. Spring Hill will have to be on their game and not fall behind early like they did vs. Marshall County. MLK always tries to get a lead early and slow it down untli the fourth period. They like their chances trying to win over the course of 1 period the fourth, as opposed to playing a fast paced up and down game. Marshall County can win, but they need to get off to a fast start and not let MLK dictate the game tempo. MLK will probably play a gimmick D to slow down Johnson. MLK has a stud also, Sanders, I think is his name.

    • I have no issues with the Karns Middle School program.   Good coaches and he's with the kids he goes to school with.  He's a rising 6th grader who had to play with 6th grade kids last year because Karns didn't have enough kids for a 5th grade age team.  He's in a good place at this point.   My daughter is a single mom with 4 kids under 11 years old.  We help her out with logistics, so staying in our own area right now is important.  Once he gets to high school age, who knows what happens?  That bridge will be crossed when we get there.
    • I know he was a backup but I thought he filled in well when the starter went down. Never a bad thing to have a change of pace back
    • That would be a good get for them. Lowe always finds a way. Pretty sure they have their Rb from last year returning but not that line of beef
    • One school has said it, it was York…who Oneida and many school that played them before we did claimed that they were the dirtiest bunch they’ve played. Riverside didn’t call us dirty nor did smith after they beat us. Ur only dirty if your the one giving out the whoopins.
    • If it was anyone but #8 I would agree with you. Theirs a couple people on that team that probably would. Not him. And I who was standing on the 1st base line fence saw clearly that the boys foot was covering more than half the bag.
