Oneida Coaching Position

Does anyone know who is frontrunner for coaching job at Oneida? I haven't even heard who has applied.

Are you sure its open it isn't posted anywhere? Why did the job come open?

The job is open becuse West isn't coming back and Marcum was a one year only agreement. But I don't think they will be posting the job. Rumor has it they will be staying in house for the hire, but don't know who.

 

I for one would have liked to see them open it up and see who might apply. Oneida is a pretty stroied program and would seem to attract some good applicants if open.

I agree, open up the application process for a head coach. If the top candidate is already there or a current asst. coach then so be it, give them the job, but the players deserve someone that can make them reach their potential. The main focus should be on getting the lady indians back to the top and at least being competitive

I haven't any names really there are not advertising it at all. They must be going to move quickly on a decision.

Heard today that Sandy Martin was hired as coach. Has anyone heard if that is true?
