Milan will do more with less than Westview ever will.

Milan 21

Westview 6

Meet me in Cookeville!

Get off the Milan / Westview thread and back over on the thread that asks who on the face of the earth can take on the MIGHTY ALCOA team. Obviously nobody is ever going to be good enough to beat your team until you take on an NFL team and then it'll probably go into overtime.....seriously, let us play ball in West TN without you getting into it. ENOUGH ABOUT YOU. It's hilarious...somebody started a thread asking who is good enough to beat Alcoa and people are actually saying your team looks like a college team. Have you ever noticed that the best high school players that go DI get redshirted and them MAYBE play their second year?! DUDE, seriously, you got a great team, be proud, but get over yourself already. You are not in Cookeville yet. Just let us poor little pitiful West TN folks play a little Friday night football, how bout it!?

Good One APB

that funny right there....I don't if you are from Alcoa....LOL.....Here's the deal. Alcoa is welcome on a Milan Thread anytime IMHO. It has been fun playing them for the past two years. A little more fun for them than us but still when you mercy rule teams through the first three rounds....outscoring your opponents 201 to 64 in 4 games it was fun to play somebody that was good...real good. I have much respect for a team that has great coaches and students who work hard to get where they are. I will not be so bold as to say "see you in Cookeville" but, Alcoa has every right to say that.

    • I just saw on 5 Star Preps that Chaston Smith is transferring to Chattanooga McCallie. McCallie and Baylor are loading up. Baylor got UT commit Joakim Dodson and Former Alcoa player Kolby Barrett. They also got a bunch of other transfers.
    • Does anyone know of another spring scrimmage or are we done?
    • The lamentable departure of the esteemed coach, orchestrated by certain board members whose intellectual acumen leaves much to be desired, is a matter of grave concern. It is worth noting that these individuals, paradoxically invested in overseeing the educational welfare of others while opting for homeschooling for their own progeny, have effectively precipitated this regrettable outcome. One can only surmise that the repercussions of their actions will reverberate for an extended period, casting a pall over their respective tenures. Such consequences are indeed a cross they shall bear.
    • In my humble assertion, I find it imperative to clarify that my personage was not among those counted. Regrettably, the departure of Coach Blake Satterfield did not augur well for the program's trajectory. It is with a tempered sense of admiration that I regard the individual of fortitude who dares to embrace this challenging mantle, for they shall undoubtedly encounter formidable obstacles in their quest to satisfy the less discerning denizens of Hartsville. May the fates smile upon Blake Satterfield in his forthcoming endeavors.
    • Do you reckon this action demonstrates sound judgment? Whom do you propose as the most fitting candidate to assume the esteemed position of assistant principal at the middle school?
