I agree with Hogan that Donnie Webb would be a good choice and a good fit. Maybe Webb could get runtheball and his buddy to come to Ravenwood.

Woodward interviewed. whether or not they considered him is a different story.

Yes he did. I know he had coached there before he went to Antioch.I have no idea of any circumstances for him not being chosen. I think he is a very good coach. I think he would have been a good choice.

Ah....well I cant see him applying for this position again then. Why would he? The only way I could see him even giving it thought is if the principal came to him and asked him if he wanted the job. Plus I am sure that Woodward would want to bring in his own staff. I really dont think that the principal would have any of it.

Devin Arnold- Hillsboro, McGavock

Kirk Embry- Smyrna

Brad Nix- Blackman

Jonathan Parks- East Literature, Cane Ridge

 

Im sure there are more but I know all of these guys personally and talk to them on a regular bases.

I think Parks would be a good young coach. He has the work ethic and desire to be a good coach. He also has experience at the high school and college level as a player. He has worked with some very good coaches as an assistant and knows how to do it the right way.

I think he is the QB coach at Smyrna. Embry has done wonders with that QB.

Very true Steve Wilson is the best QB in Rutherford Co. Top 3 in mid state and top 10 in the state. If he can develop talent like that, than if he does go to Ravenwood, Williamson Co. better look out!
