Manning-ooltewah 160 or 171 will win either.

What about McCoy Newberg and John Shrader? Both placed last year in a weight where Manning didnt even place at all. Newbergs going 60 and Shrader is going 71.

130 and 145 probably.

I thought I read on here one time not so long ago that they had gotten huge and were around 45 and 52 now.

Matt was 160+ ! I thought that he would go 152, but now I believe he will go 145.

Scott should qualify for 130. If he was really crazy, he would go 125! So my guess

would be 130 and 145. You never know about the Seamans......You think

you know their weight, and then they surprise you with a weight class

drop???

Cox couldn't fight himself out of a wet paper sack, much less win state. After reading your thoughts on him, I'm starting to doubt my thoughts on Hames, Lewis, Lopez just because you feel the same way.

Mr. Scott.. Your like listen to a Nagging women who like to start CRAP.. I can say that cause I am a women... You would get on my nerves if I had to sit in a room and listen to you for more then 5 sec....

Cox won 145 last year you dum bass (my apologies to all aquatic creatures for comparing Moe to the fishes). Even more proof that you are clueless when it comes to wrestling. Fortunately your credibility won't be hurt since you don't have any! :roflol:

Manning not placing at 160 last year doesn't matter,160 was wide open.He was ranked 2nd -5th all year..lost to state champ(Jones 3-2)in a regular season match,he beat state-runner up almeaney twice last year and the kid that beat him in state(kenwood hs)finished 4th ask around Manning is no chump,he messed up last year early rd 2 and was winning 4-0 and lost 5-4 with a head throw and he has not forgot about it(that wrestler)then had to wrestle Jones in rd 3,so thats the only reason,he didnt place or win it). This year will be an exciting year for everybody anything can happen....good luck to everybody.

I think it will be interesting now that some1 could actually have a chance at 189 or 215 now that Brentwood's Cameron Croy graduated after 3 years in a row undefeated and a senior year when no points were scored on him except when he let his opponent up only so he could take them down again. whoever the Blackman kid was who challenged him will not win state too cocky

There is a difference between being "too cocky" and being "cocky while backing it up"...

    • Biggest position to fill is QB. Kamden was special. A 1A team that can run and pass is very dangerous.
    • That would have been Coach Benjamin who was his legal Guardian and the DB coach.  I was the LB's Coach that was barely older than the players (I was going to UT for school and had started at Greeneville since my Sophomore year when Z coached there and he asked me to help coach)
    • Going on over a month now and still nothing, rumor mill or not I think a decision needs to be made. Maybe they don’t have anyone wanting it and maybe rumor mill don’t need it they are taking this long to come to an agreement.
    • Gibson County proved last year you can win it all with 6 players and if I’m not mistaken they only played 5 in the championship game. I would expect them to be good by end of season but I think losing Hart is a huge loss.  Summer camp gives teams a preview of what to expect and it’s exciting to see where teams are at. The Fillies return 3 starters and the 6th man that is 6’2” and I think she is going to surprise folks this season.
