I don't believe toughness is an issue with this team. This year's team isn't long on basketball talent but I haven't seen anything that would cause me to question their toughness.

I agree. They played hard for 4 quarters against Forrest and didn't back down.

After the first tournament, our district looks pretty weak losing twice to a team that hadn't won all year. surprised to see Moore Co. losing by that much. Were they missing any players? And Community now has a six game losing streak. Will be interesting to see how Eagleville, Forrest, Cascade, and Huntland fare this week.

Forrest beat Wayne County and Collinwood in the Wayne County Tournament. They play in the Eagleville Tournament this week.

Thus far I have only seen Eagleville, Forrest, Moore County, Huntland and MTCS. From what I have seen early in the season these teams will need to improve if they want to make a run come tournament time.

MTCS begins play today in the Mid State Tournament hosted by Ezell Harding. They play Aaron Academy (I think this is a home school team).
