By far one of the best high school games I've ever seen. Both teams played hard and left it all out there. CA hit some tough shots but in the end PC hit more. Still in shock of how good a game it was. Best $7 I've spent in a very long time.

Glazed called it Thursday night !! Congrats to the Vikings - from the true Summertown fans. Glad to see both of us headed to the 'Boro - not sure either of us want to see the other in the title game !! Again, congrats on the huge road win that few gave you a chance to win !

Eagleclaw ill be honest their is no one id rather see in the Championship game than Stown. Have my doubts that they will shoot 70% again, and my statement that D12 is the best would be not be questioned then. Even though it shouldn't be now seeing as how D12 has 2 teams in both girls and boys state.

Glad I did, I'm stationed a Ft.Cam and came on the suggestion of a buddy that it'd be a heck of a game. Boy was he right, Give out some props to the perry county team I'm exhausted from watching them run, AND I'M IN THE ARMY!!!

AKA congrats to your PC Vikings on a big win tonight. It looks like we may actually get to settle the season series in the boro!! that would be awesome if it were in the finals but who knows how the draws will turn out. Those LC Falcons and PC Vikings will both be in tha house next Wednesday

Clarksville who?!?!? Best game I have ever watched, To you VandyChris, Looks like you were wrong Haston did just fine I would love to here from you Im sure it will be a knowledgable statement!! To all the haters, YES PC DID IT!! Took down the TWIN TOWERS, For those of you who said just because it was done in 8th grade it couldn be done again, Guess what?? It did!!! Mercer Scores 34 Tucker hits for 5 3's, PC is back where they belong!!

Where is ObamasMama? I was just sure he would get on here to tell me how Riiiiiiiiiight I was about the 8/8 sub-state games I predicted. Especially the PC win over the used to be defending State Champs.

This was one of the best basketball games I have had the pleasure of watching. This game was one of the biggest guard mismatches I have watched. A lot of people will give credit to speed, which played a great role, but Mercer's size over the smaller guard gave him the option to just shoot over the guard whenever he was stopped. Hill came out and played an excellent first half, hitting big shots and playing aggressive D throughout the game like he always does. Why CA's coach came out and played man the whole game I will never know. One of the twins had trouble with Tucker for a good portion of the first half when he came out firing on all cylinders. PC's offense changed from three point shooting, to one on one basketball, yet CA stayed with the same defensive plan. PC played a good zone for the first half that somewhat helped neutralize the twins, but were unable to adjust to match the changes that CA came out with after halftime, allowing them to catch up, that and three point shooting. Rhodes showed a toughness on defense and rebounding that shows what he is capable of beyond just being a shooter. PC brought out the full court press toward the end, and CA was unable to adjust to match the speed and aggressiveness that PC came at them with. PC seemed to be mentally and physically tougher at key times, coming up with important loose balls and rebounds. Congrats to both teams on a well played game that came down to every single possession.

 

With that aside, on to more important things. Where are all the D10 lovers at? I think I know where they are. Also, CA needs to get their concession stand working better if they want fans to be able to watch the game. Going 8/8 in the substate games is quite impressive, Glazed. I look forward to this state tournament, It's going to be super exciting!
