So how did the Cherokees do in their scrimmage with Baylor?

From what I got from my sources, all three teams (McMinn, Baylor, and Tyner) looked pretty decent. I am not sure of the "score", but all three teams moved the ball and scored a few TDs a piece. Defenses look to be very good despite TDs on several jump balls and busted plays. My guess is that the score of Co./Central game will be McMinn Co. 52/McMinn Central 14

Central will get roughed up pretty good. But at least they have the guts to schedule the 'kees unlike the last regime most of you miss so much

LMBO!!! :roflol: Are you serious??? The last regime WANTED to play McMinn but schedule issues would not allow it. The last regime did beat McMinn in that Micky Mouse spring scrimmage though. However, now that Central is down there are no schedule issues. HHHMMMMM :unsure: Anyway my prediction is this game gets ugly and gets ugly quick for the boys in blue.

89charger was you at the 5 way scrimmage at bradley? cause i sure thought the chargers played with heart and guts and gave every team down there a good fight by the way what does mcminn have this season that shows you so much??

McMinn Central looks much improved from last year, but i dont think they will beat McMinn County.

Before Saturday I would not have expected a very good game, but after seeing the passion the Chargers have this year I wouldn't be to surprized to see them win against McMinn. I know most will say "just another crazy central fan" but maybe you we should hear from few others who saw Central play Saturday. Bradley didn't run over our boys but I think maybe we surprized a lot of folkes. South Pitt was problably the best team we played but I think we did Ok there too.

Central 21 / McMinn 17 Go Blue

No, I was not there. I haven't seen McMinn either and probably won't see the game with Central but I've been around long enough to know an average McMinn team is WAY better than a really good Central team. Plus throw in the fact that this is NOT a really good Central team and you get the recipe for a blowout. :thumb:

      I'm not a Powell grad.  I am a Bearden grad.   My son and daughter are Powell grads.   I did radio play by play for Powell, my last year was 2013. I also did radio play by play for South Doyle, and my last gig was at Maryville before I retired.   My oldest grandson plays in the Karns Middle program, so I see more Karns games than I do Powell these days.  I've been to 3 Powell games since 2013.   I don't have any ties to Powell, haven't since 2013.   No "y'all" there.    And the kid you are talking about does have a very good arm, but he's not the QB that Deuce Rogers is.  Rogers is a legit dual threat guy.  The younger kid now at Clinton, or about to be at Clinton, isn't the dual threat that Rogers is.

      No sir. I watched it specifically and it was very dirty. He cleated the boy on purpose. Apparently, it’s an issue in football as well from what several schools have said. That said, looking forward to a good game 3. ER hit it well in game 2.

      He is the transfer. 5star spoke on him in their new qb1 series. Didn’t list em as a transfer but I knew the name
