im not happy with the Quad system. Greenback should not in any way be placed above Coalfield. between the 5 teams that both teams played coalfield's margin of victory was 221pts-39pts, Greenback's was 155pts-73pts. Greenback also got a forfit win and in their loss were blown out 40-0, Coalfield's only los was in overtime by one point to a 4a school.

the teams that Greenback has played has 1 more victory than Coalfield and 10 less losses. How do you see that? just because you score more points. We did lose to a Good GCA team but we should have also put 21 points on the board. We have beaten all the teams in your district that we have played (OS, Oneida, Wartburg). I'm not saying that you all want beat or can't beat Greenback just saying why shouldnt they be ahead of you.

Greenback needs to beat Harriman tonight and Coalfield needs to beat Oakdale. That will probably happen. Then it will come down to how the opponents you have beaten do tonight as well.

Looking at how things might play out in quad 3 the Perry County player issue could hurt Wayne County as bad as it hurt PC. If PC gets the win tonight over WC then WC will fall to a #4 spot and PC #3.

That issue has no effect on Wayne Co. If they win, they will be the #2 seed. If they lose, they will be the #4 seed but not because of the player issue. The 3 teams seeded above them will all be district champions.

There are no "Magical Maps." The TSSAA gets together weekly and draw up the quads based on their opinions on what the most natural quads are. I suspect they will look more closely at it after week 10.

their is a little truth to this natural quad. Each district is assigned a quad as their natural quad. Once all the teams qualify are placed on the map then they look at it and move teams one quad either way. They will not move a team more than 1 away from their natural quad. Example: if quad on has 6 teams and quad 2 has 5 teams and quad 3 has 7 teams and quad 4 has 6 teams then the most geographical team to quad 2 will get shifted there. they will not move a team from quad 1 to quad 3 or 2 to 4 as it is more than i quad away from their natural quads. They fill the quads based on this criteria.

Your right but PC could have been #2 had they not had the wins removed.

If PC wins tonight and hadn't had the wins taken away PC would have been the #1 seed. The 2nd tiebreaker is teams with over 50% win record on schedule and Perry Counties would have added 2 teams to that(Forrest, Lewis County) which would have been 1 more than Huntingdon.

those teams should still count in that tie breaker. You sure they didn't?
