One other slim possibility. If Dresden beat Huntingdon and Wayne County won, they would assume the one seed.

SP has to beat Grace Christian Academy in Knoxville Friday night to secure that #1 seed. Otherwise, they will be hosting in the 1st round as a #3 seed and traveling in the Playoffs as long as they remain in the playoffs unless a 4 seed were to meet them in the semi-finals. If they were shifted to Quad 2 (which I don't think there is much chance of) in such a case, they would be a #2 seed.

I don't get loading up Quad 3. I agree to win it you have to beat the best but look at Quad 4 with all of the lower ranked teams. Why not put a couple of higher ranked teams in each quad and let things play out? You have Huntingdon, PC, WC, & Clark Acd all together with 1 loss between them (will be 2) with a very good JB team. Why not put Hunt & PC or WC to the west for a big show down to see who makes the trip to Cookville?

How will Greenback not be 1 or 2 seed with a win over Harriman? they are ahead of Coalfield on the TSSAA site. I understand if SP gets beat at Grace but even if SP wins how will Greenback be a 3? What is that based on?

I agree last year PC and Huntingdon were both in Quad 4. I just dont see how you can put 4 teams with only one loss in the same quad.

You'd need Huntland to lose to MTCS and an upset by one of the 3-win teams that is currently outside the top 24.

The TSSAA can adjust the geography a bit. There is a certain amount of arbitrariness in the "geogrphic" thing anyway. Plus, they say its a "guideline." Therefore, they may tweak quad 4 a bit.

There's always a chance they could change it but I'm guessing if they were willing to group them that way now then they'll probably keep it that way.
