who will take the greenfield football job

Whoaa...... let's not close the program down before we get a coach in there to motivate those kids to be successful! I played at a school just like greenfield that had no pride or history in football and has become one of the top ten in the state every year for the past ten years!

School system, booster club, community needs to step up and pay for coaches and make room for teaching positions or might as well not have football. if only 8 guys are returning...sounds BAD.

Herd today that an assistant from crocket county turned the job down, so maybe in a few days maybe they will hire someone.

last word floating around was that the job was offered to a high level west tn assistant, but the money wasn't right...

 

after something like that, some schools have restarted the interview process from scratch.

 

pitt did apply, but it seems there's a contingent of peeps around here that want to have him as coach and will use message boards like this and topic to gain public support
