Pickett County Coming On Strong

After some struggles early in the season, starting with the York game the Bobcats have jelled and are looking very good. They were up 59-17 on Monterey last night even subbing a lot. Monterey scored 14 with the PC youngest players in to finish the game. Monterey isn't that bad of a team, but the Bobcats were playing at their best. Tuesday's showdown with Clarkrange should be a good one.

PC look strong last night look like they will win 7A might not get beat in 7A this year the big 3 look good last night for PC when they were on the floor JC is coming to town the 10th this Friday let support the BOBCATS when they are at home

PC playing at Clarkrange next Tuesday night (Dec. 13) should be a good game. Clarkrange is tough to beat at home and have a pretty good defense. Clarkrange is coming off two big district wins over Jackson County and Clay County.

same ole stuff coming from PC, THEY WIN A COUPLE OF GAMES AND THEIR STATE BOUND, JC and C'LARKRANGE will bust that bubble the next two games and it will be the refs fault as they always claim , I still believe its C'rage district to lose with the twins and gunter returning.

Oh, I didn't know PC was going to the state already...typical nonsense from "senator"...obviously so jealous of PC's success over the last 25 or so years. Senator is always ready to knock another school...it must be sad being so negative and bitter all the time. Yes, Clarkrange has an excellent team and has a great chance at winning 7A...the twins can light it up. They had little chance of winning in OT the other night...they had just committed an intentional foul and time was running out. But they pulled it off with Clay Co. missing the free throws, they got the ball and hit a three with 4 seconds to go. Winning one which most thought was over shows they have what it takes to overcome adversity.

PC was up as much as 20 at one point then went into a spell of just not being able to hit ANYTHING and JC hit like 3-4 3's in a row to cut it close.

They won by 11, 52-41, but they could have won by a bigger margin but just didn't play as well as they had the previous 3 or 4 games. The Cats didn't play very well, but have so much talent they pulled back away after JC came back. They need to play much better on Tuesday. Against Monterey they were up 59-17 before Monterey closed it a little once the Bobcat freshmen were in...63-31 final.
