Bradley Central had to vacate a win due to a ruling by the TSSAA on a player playing with church members in a gym in which they used the scoreboard. He also had to sit out 6 games.(overkill? associated thought - do not associate with fellow church members in basketball season <_< )

By this ruling Bradley and Ooltewah are currently tied for the lead in the loss column. the winner of the Ooltewah game Tuesday will determine the #1 seed. If Oolteway loses Bradley and Bradley wins it's Bradley. If Ooltewah wins they get it, no matter what Bradley does.

Cleveland locked up 3rd after losing to Ooltewah Friday night. Only possible quetions are 4th and 5th. And I think this order will be where they end up.

Walker Valley and Soddy Daisy are locked in the bottom

Owls win 71-70. They win the regular season championship and a bye in the first round of tourney. Mcminn played out of their mind. If they play like that in the tourn. they will be a tough out.

Owls still are the class of the district. They need to step up more on defense and run their offense through #3 setting up on the free throw line.

District has more talent in it this year than I can remember.

So your predicting Ooltewah to lose to McMinn tonight? That might be hard to believe the way they are playing here lately.

Actually I had the list the way it should be listed with the tie between Bradley and Ooltewah in alphabetical order at the time. Since both teams won last night that has to be reversed now since Ooltewah has won the regular season championship.

But dont' forget the Bears did split with them in the regular season.

Well two nights and two winners.

Bradley rolls over Walker Valley 73-50 and Cleveland escapes Soddy Daisy 57-52.

Sets up meeting #3 between Bradley and Cleveland Saturday night in the night cap for the semis. Will be a full house, as usual for this pair.

McMinn and Rhea get to battle it out to see who meets Ooltewah in the other Boys Semi, Saturday.

Cleveland doesn't sound like they're playing their best ball late, a loss to Hamilton Heights recently and a five-point win vs Soddy..not playing well or other teams just stepping it up?

I think a little of both. Cleveland's coach was really upset at his teams poor play last night, but it is tourny time and teams know they gotta win or go home, for the season.
