Elder is a really good football player. He is an average basketball player for the next level AND very undersized. Some AAU coach is lying to him. Not the first to have that happen, however.

 

That being said, if he would rather play basketball, some D2 school will be happy to have him. That "one on one AAU game" disappears for all but the most dominant at the next level.

 

I am surprised that Ricky and Hunky are not getting his S & C together. Shows what some coaches will put up with for a prima.

I'm all for the young man chasing his dreams. I susepct he'd do quite well with a year at Oak Hill in Virginia. Good basketball program, lots of attention, top flight competition, and no chance of injury in football. I'm not that busy; I'd even be willing to drive him up there....

You would have to back over Ricky in that Murfreesboro driveway to get him out of there.lol.
