That would be a great pick-up in my opinion! He did a great job when he was at Milan... I can't believe they are taking this long! Gibson County has already been settled so I can't imagine what the hold up is with S. Gibson...

Volbert did an outstanding job at Milan back when the district was even tougher than it is now. Last I heard he left Milan. Where did he go and is he the front runner? If so, I think that would be a great fit.

EV would be an excellent fit. He is an excellent coach. He left Milan to coach @ Union University. EV only lives approx. 5 miles from SGC, which would be great for his family. He has 3 small children and is family oreinted.

Still no word on SG job? I have heard the middle school coach is interested. Can anybody support this? I also think Volbart would be a good fit but can't get anyone to confirm he is a candidate. With just a few days of school left does anyone know if the school plans on naming a coach before the kids get out? It would be nice to get a plan together for these girls for summer. Lets go already!!!

Heard news today that the job has been offered to a Coach that lives close by but no official word if it has been accepted or declined. Believe this may become official after the holiday weekend if accepted. Hope all enjoy their holiday weekend and remember all the soldiers who have served and are serving. Almost time to catch some more fish
