Bradly Central vs. Polk County

It's that time again! Bradley Central vs. Polk County. Thoughts? Opinions? Score Predictions? Lets hear it!!

Bradley will have to be be ready and really tough on defense to win this one. Both teams are having to fill gaps, so it will be a good one.

If Bradley can stop the run it will b a long night for Polk. Copeland will pick apart the Polk secondary forcing Polks LB's off the line of scrimmage opening up the run. #3 for the bears will be the difference on offense.

I look for Polk to win this one. Close game but Bradley lost to much. Copeland has a big game with his feet Bradley wins. I know how good the under classmen were at Bradley but just don't see the overall speed to score at anytime and don't think they have a pound and ground patience on Offense. Look for two Lbs from Polk to really smack some people. One inside other strong side Bears just lost so much and Davis understands how to coach what he has.

If the young guys step up and play as they did the Jr High Level they can surprise alot of teams. That team was great. UNDEFEATED

Polk also lost a lot of talent from last year. I'm excited to see how this game goes. Expect nothing but smashmouth and hard hitting and swarming D from Polk. Bradley haven't heard much from them only that they lost some great players. The one thing I see Bradley having and edge on Polk is the size of Bradley. Polk is smaller then the past couple of years but Davis always finds the players that will play hard and with pride. Can't wait till friday the season starts. My prediction for this game is usually NOT ENOUGH SEATS! Both schools really bring the fans, alot of unanswered questions for both teams, so Im going with coaching, Polk 21-17.

Get there early. Regardless of the outcome, this will be an excellent atmosphere and a great way to kick off the 2012 campaign for both teams. The last time (and only time) this game was played in Benton, it made for one of the best atmospheres I've been a part of for small town high school football.

Although this isn't last year's version of the Bears, it's also not last year's version of the Wildcats. Will be a tough game in the early going. Bradley outlasts and gets the W later...by at least 14.
